Join us!Job Description:This job is responsible for expanding client relationships by identifying opportunities to deepen existing relationships. Key responsibilities include advising on the clients financial needs and the full array of Private Bank's capabilities, establishing and deepening relationships with internal and external partners and Centers of Influence to identify prospects. Job expectations include executing the Client Management Process and partnering across the enterprise to provide a Branded Client Experience. This position may be responsible for the provision of residential mortgage loans, and as such, is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential mortgage loan originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Since this position requires SAFE Act registration, employees are required to register and to submit to the required SAFE Act background check. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.Responsibilities:Drives inflows of new business across all product lines (i.e., Credit, Assets Under Management, Deposit) into existing book of businessLeads complex credit opportunities, including structured credit dealsGrows book balances and Year over Year revenuePartners with and mentors Private Client Managers on more complex products and client relationshipsActs as Chief Operating Officer for the client team, coordinating relationship management activities and managing successful delivery of Branded Client Experience to support client satisfactionEncourages use and adoption of digital capabilities to enhance the client and client team experienceBuilds relationships with internal and external partners and centers of influenceRequired Qualifications:Series 7, 63 and 65 (or Series 7 and 66); unlicensed candidates may be considered if willing to obtain licenses within a standard time frame of 90 days per exam after the first working day in this position7+ years of successful experience in managing relationships with high-net-worth clients or equivalent financial services/business experienceExcellent ability to work in a team environmentStrong interpersonal and influence / partnership skillsSignificant knowledge of banking and credit: general understanding of investments, trust and wealth transferDesired Qualifications:MBA or Post-Graduate DegreeCFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM or JD a significant plus?Skills:Client ManagementClient Solutions AdvisoryLoan StructuringRelationship BuildingRisk ManagementActive ListeningAnalytical ThinkingOral CommunicationsReferral ManagementUnderwritingAccount ManagementAttention to DetailCollaborationDecision MakingFinancial AnalysisMinimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalentShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40 Learn more about this role Apply × To proceed with your application, you must be at least 18 years of age.
