Brown & Brown is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Producer in Chicago, Il and Milwaukee, WI to drive profitable growth through new business development, strategic relationship management, and customized personal insurance solutions. This role is ideal for a proven insurance sales professional who can identify opportunities, advise clients on personal risk exposures, and leverage Brown & Brown's carrier relationships, service teams, and national platform to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Whether serving standard personal lines clients or high-net-worth households, this individual will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients protect their homes, automobiles, valuables, liability exposures, recreational assets, and other personal risks through customized insurance and risk management solutions.

What You'll Do

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, centers of influence, and targeted market outreach.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with individuals, families, business owners, professional advisors, and key decision-makers.
• Conduct personal risk assessments, coverage reviews, stewardship meetings, and renewal strategy discussions.
• Identify client exposures and develop customized insurance and risk management strategies designed to protect personal assets and lifestyles.
• Collaborate with internal service, marketing, underwriting, carrier relations, and placement teams to prepare proposals and negotiate coverage solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License in good standing.
• Proven success in personal insurance sales, business development, relationship management, or client advisory services.
• Strong understanding of personal insurance products, coverage structures, carrier markets, and risk management principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience working with affluent, private client, or high-net-worth households.

Pay Range

$70,000 - $130,000 Annual

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
