Role Description This part-time remote Private Equity Analyst role involves supporting investment decisions and strategic initiatives across alternative markets and SMB clients. The analyst will perform financial modeling and valuation analyses, conduct market and company research, and assist in due diligence for potential investments and transactions. Day-to-day tasks include preparing investment memos and presentations, monitoring portfolio performance, and analyzing financial statements and key metrics. The role also contributes to identifying new investment opportunities, supporting deal execution, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to refine investment theses and consulting recommendations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Finance and Private Equity knowledge, including understanding of capital structures and investment processes.
• Candidates should possess Investments expertise and Analytical Skills to evaluate opportunities, assess risk, and interpret financial and market data.
• Candidates should possess Financial Modeling skills, including building and maintaining models for valuation, scenario analysis, and performance tracking.
• Relevant experience in asset management, venture capital, investment banking, or consulting is beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Minimum pay is $30 to $45 an hour + other compensation
