    Job Description

     Position Title: Private Equity Associate
    Location: Boston, Chicago
    Salary Range: $225,000 - $445,000

    About the Opportunity

    Supports private equity sponsors in acquisitions, dispositions, financings, fund formation, and corporate governance. Drafts transactional documents, conducts due diligence, advises on regulatory compliance, and leads deal processes while supervising junior associates.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 3–5 years private equity transaction experience at a large law firm
    • J.D. degree and admission to Massachusetts or Illinois Bar
    • Knowledge of corporate governance, securities compliance, and legal AI tools
