Compensation: $83,000–$90,000 annually, paid via W2 (on the books)

A private family in Greenwich, CT is seeking an experienced, energetic, and hands-on Housekeeper to join their household. The ideal candidate has a strong background working in large, high-end homes and understands the level of care, precision, and attention to detail required in a UHNW residence. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, works efficiently, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to their daily responsibilities.
Main Work Duties:
- Handle daily housekeeping and thorough cleaning of all areas of the residence.
- Perform deep cleaning as needed, ensuring every room is maintained to a high standard.
- Follow white-glove cleaning practices when caring for fine furnishings, delicate surfaces, and specialty materials.
- Make beds, change linens, and maintain neat, inviting bedrooms.
- Manage household laundry, including washing, drying, ironing, folding, and proper clothing care.
- Prepare simple meals and assist with light cooking when needed.
- Handle grocery shopping and ensure household supplies are properly stocked.
- Organize closets, cabinets, and storage spaces, keeping everything neat and accessible.
- Assist with decluttering and maintaining an orderly home.
- Stay on top of daily household needs and take initiative without constant supervision.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional housekeeping experience in a private residence.
- Previous experience working in a UHNW household or large luxury home is required.
- Strong knowledge of white-glove cleaning techniques and proper care of high-end furnishings and materials.
- Excellent laundry, ironing, and garment care skills.
- Experience with grocery shopping, household organization, and light meal preparation.
- Comfortable with the physical demands of maintaining a large home.
- Ability to work independently and follow household preferences and established routines.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Excellent, verifiable references from current and previous employers.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
