Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Certified Private Investment Analysts.
This is not a traditional employment role. Analysts operate as independent contractors and are activated through our certification, verification, and approval process.
Once approved, Private Investment Analysts:
Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform
Gain access to real private market deal flow and paid analytical work
Support investors, fund managers, and operators on live investment transactions
Contribute to investment analysis, diligence, and execution support
Build a verified investment track record and Analyst Rating Score
Certification tiers:
Senior Private Investment Analyst · Lead Private Investment Analyst · Private Investment Analyst / Associate
Rating Score: 90–100
Pay: $150–200/hour
Typical Background:
Former investment banking, private equity, venture capital, private credit, real estate, or senior consulting professionals with 5+ years of investment transaction experience.
Rating Score: 80–89
Pay: $100–150/hour
Typical Background:
Finance professionals with 3–5 years of hands-on deal execution, valuation, or investment analysis experience.
Rating Score: 60–79
Pay: $50–100/hour
Typical Background:
Entry to mid-level analysts with strong technical skills in financial modeling, valuation, and investment research.
Depending on certification approvals, Private Investment Analysts may be engaged for:
3-statement financial modeling
DCF, LBO, and private investment return modeling
Commercial real estate underwriting (where applicable)
Sensitivity and scenario analysis
Comparable company and precedent transaction analysis
Football field valuation summaries
Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis
Commercial, financial, and operational diligence
Risk assessment and downside analysis
Investment memo and IC presentation support
Data room review and transaction analytics
Analysts may only perform work in categories they are approved for. Approvals are earned through assessment results and demonstrated performance—not tenure.
Complete the Private Investment Analyst Certification Assessment or approved training
Receive category-specific approvals (Modeling, Valuation, Due Diligence)
Get verified on the platform
Begin earning immediately through hourly engagements and live investment transactions
No cold applying. No unpaid “experience.” Verified analysts are actively promoted to investors, fund managers, and deal sponsors.
To qualify, you must meet at least one of the following:
Score 70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment
Complete Initio Sphere Financial or Investment Training
Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent)
Each Private Investment Analyst receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score, which determines:
Visibility across the Initio Sphere platform
Approved work categories
Recommended hourly rates
Eligibility for higher-value investment engagements
Analysts are independent contractors, not employees
Hourly rates depend on Rating Score and approval level
Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees
Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction
Payments issued only after successful deal completion and fee collection
Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality, performance, or compliance issues
Private Investment Analysts do not:
Provide investment advice
Solicit securities
Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated or broker-dealer capacity
All work is strictly limited to analytical, diligence, and financial support functions and must comply with applicable securities laws.
