Compensation: $30–$35 per hour, W2 (on the books)

We are seeking a dependable, caring, and organized Part-Time Nanny / Household Assistant to care for a 6-year-old boy while providing light household support. The ideal candidate is nurturing, proactive, and capable of balancing childcare responsibilities with maintaining an organized home. Approximately 75% of the role will focus on childcare, with the remaining 25% dedicated to light household duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Childcare (75%):
- Pick up the child from school and transport him to after-school activities.
- Provide homework assistance and support daily routines.
- Prepare simple meals, reheat food, and serve snacks as needed.
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.
- Provide attentive supervision and age-appropriate activities.
Household Support (25%):
- Perform light housekeeping and general tidying.
- Assist with basic household organization and upkeep.
- Water indoor and outdoor plants as needed.
- Let the family dog outside when necessary.
- Assist with occasional light household management tasks.
- Provide additional household support as needed.

- Ability to prepare simple meals and snacks.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to manage childcare and light household responsibilities efficiently.
- Flexibility for occasional travel as needed.
