Private Wealth Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Private Wealth Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive wealth management solutions to high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions. The ideal candidate combines deep financial expertise with a client-centric approach to develop tailored strategies for wealth preservation, growth, and legacy planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients by understanding their financial goals, risk tolerance, and personal values.
  • Develop and implement customized financial plans, including investment management, estate planning, tax strategies, and philanthropy.
  • Provide ongoing portfolio oversight and make strategic asset allocation recommendations based on changing market conditions and client objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., investment analysts, tax specialists, estate planners) and external advisors (e.g., attorneys, CPAs) to deliver holistic client solutions.
  • Continuously identify new business opportunities and work to grow assets under management through networking, referrals, and strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Stay current on market trends, regulatory changes, and financial planning techniques to provide informed advice.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (Master s or MBA preferred).
  • CFP , CFA , CPA, or similar professional designation strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 10 years of experience in private wealth management, investment advisory, or financial planning.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing a book of high-net-worth client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of investment vehicles, tax-efficient strategies, estate planning, and retirement planning.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • High ethical standards and a fiduciary mindset.
