Position Summary
Chemistry Wealth Management is seeking an experienced, relationship-oriented, and highly organized Private Wealth Advisor to serve as the primary advisor for a select group of high-net-worth individuals and families. This individual will serve as each client's Personal CFO, coordinating advice across investments, tax planning, estate planning, insurance, retirement, and other financial matters.
The ideal candidate is passionate about helping clients navigate life's financial complexities through comprehensive planning, proactive advice, and exceptional service. This individual will lead client relationships, coordinate advice across multiple disciplines, and ensure every client receives the personalized attention and guidance that defines the Chemistry client experience.

Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned client households.
- Develop deep knowledge of clients' goals, values, family dynamics, and financial circumstances.
- Lead client review meetings and ongoing planning discussions.
- Deliver proactive communication and timely follow-up on client needs.
- Foster long-term client loyalty and retention through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Identify emerging client needs and coordinate appropriate solutions.
Comprehensive Financial Planning
- Create and maintain comprehensive financial plans.
- Provide guidance on:
- Retirement planning
- Cash flow and budgeting
- Education planning
- Insurance analysis
- Estate planning coordination
- Tax planning opportunities
- Executive compensation and equity compensation
- Identify planning opportunities and coordinate implementation.
Client Service & Advice Coordination
- Coordinate with portfolio managers, tax professionals, attorneys, insurance specialists, and other outside advisors.
- Ensure client action items are executed accurately and efficiently.
- Oversee planning workflows and maintain accountability for follow-through.
- Deliver a high-touch, white-glove client experience.
Relationship Management & Growth
- Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships.
- Assist with referrals, prospective client meetings, and onboarding activities.
- Support client retention and long-term relationship development.
- Actively participate in organic growth initiatives by identifying planning opportunities, uncovering additional client needs, and facilitating client introductions when appropriate.
- While this role is primarily relationship and planning focused, advisors are expected to contribute to firm growth through client referrals, prospective client meetings, and relationship expansion opportunities.
Team Collaboration
- Partner closely with advisors, planners, portfolio managers, and operations professionals.
- Contribute to planning best practices, process improvements, and firm initiatives.
- Share knowledge and mentor junior team members where appropriate.
Fiduciary Excellence & Compliance
- Ensure advice aligns with client goals, fiduciary standards, and firm policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and planning records.
- Support regulatory and compliance requirements.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 5+ years of wealth management, financial planning, or advisory experience.
- Experience working directly with affluent and high-net-worth clients.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Retirement planning
- Tax-aware planning
- Estate planning fundamentals
- Insurance planning
- Investment fundamentals
- Cash flow and balance sheet management
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
Preferred
- CFP® certification strongly preferred.
- Series 65 registration if you have not completed your CFP®.
- Experience within an RIA environment.
- Familiarity with modern RIA technology platforms, including financial planning software, CRM systems, portfolio accounting, workflow tools, and custodial platforms.
- Experience advising affluent families, executives, entrepreneurs, and business owners with complex planning needs.

Base Salary Range: $130,000 - $200,000+, dependent upon experience
