• 2–8 years of private wealth, trusts & estates, estate planning, wealth transfer, or tax planning experience
• Experience advising high-net-worth individuals, ultra-high-net-worth families, business owners, executives, family offices, fiduciaries, and charitable organizations
• Experience with estate planning, wealth transfer planning, trust administration, succession planning, and asset preservation strategies
• Experience drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, gifting strategies, family limited partnership documents, and other wealth planning documents
• Experience advising clients on gift, estate, generation-skipping transfer, and income tax planning matters preferred
• Strong drafting, analytical, client counseling, and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Excellent academic credentials
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
• Florida bar admission preferred or ability to become admitted
