• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program (or expected to graduate within the next six months)
• Current certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
• Current state license or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (as required)
