PRN EMT Or Paramedic- Construction site

About the Role:
1st Response Occupational Health is looking for a skilled PRN EMT or Paramedic to provide on-site medical support at an active construction site in San Antonio, TX. This is a dynamic opportunity to put your emergency medical skills to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where your expertise truly makes a difference. Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency and non-emergency medical care to construction site workers
• Perform patient assessments, triage, and treatment for injuries and illnesses on-site
• Administer first aid, wound care, and basic life support (BLS) as needed
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient care reports and medical documentation
• Coordinate with local EMS and hospital systems for patient transport when necessary
• Conduct site safety monitoring and support occupational health protocols
• Maintain and inventory medical equipment and supplies at the job site
• Correlate with 1st Response Occupational Providers 

Requirements:

• Current EMT-Basic or Paramedic certification in the state of Texas
• Valid CPR/BLS certification required
• Prior occupational health, industrial, or construction site medical experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions in the field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse workforce populations
• Physical ability to work outdoors in varying weather and construction site conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with a PRN (as-needed) schedule
