As a Physical Therapist you will: Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess strength, mobility, balance, and functional capacity Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and appropriate physical modalities Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes Conduct focused musculoskeletal evaluations for walk-in patients in an urgent care setting Identify clinical red flags and collaborate with providers to determine next steps, including imaging or referrals Initiate treatment during same-day visits to support timely recovery Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies Supervises Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), aides, and students in accordance with state practice acts and organizational policy.
