PRN Physical Therapist Fort Worth, TX

Synergy Care is looking for a qualified Physical Therapist for an open PRN position at our  Independent/Assisted Living Community in Fort Worth, TX. We are looking for someone who will provide quality patient care and be a team player. This is for an outpatient AL/IL.

In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist  or will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months. You must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as a Physical Therapist.
