PRN Physical Therapist

Infinity Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to work PRN within our therapy team at Avamere Rehabilitation of The Pearl at Kruse Way located in Lake Oswego, OR.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary
• Provide physical therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians' orders
• Supervise PTAs, directing and supporting them in the care of the patients you serve

Recommended Minimum Position Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or higher in physical therapy
• State license

Preferred Qualifications:

• One year of experience as a PT
