    Job Description

    We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing team in St. Petersburg, Florida. This is a flexible, rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care on an as-needed basis. The PT will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall physical function.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings

    • Implement therapeutic interventions—such as exercises, manual therapy, and modalities—to restore function and improve mobility

    • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury-prevention techniques

    • Monitor and document patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system

    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including PTAs, physicians, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists, to ensure comprehensive patient care

    • Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and facility policies related to patient care and documentation

    Qualifications

    • Doctorate (DPT) or Master's (MPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

    • Current Florida PT license or eligibility for licensure

    • CPR certification preferred

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Previous clinical experience preferred but not required

    Work Environment

    • PRN position with flexible, as-needed scheduling based on facility needs

    • Potential work settings include hospitals, outpatient clinics, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, or home health
