Position Description

 Mid-West Innovators is seeking a motivated Proactive Sales Representative to help drive new business growth and expand our market presence. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and building relationships.

While previous sales or industrial experience is beneficial, it is not required. We are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn. Whether you are beginning your career, transitioning from another field, or looking to grow professionally, we offer an environment where motivated individuals can succeed.

 In this role, you will identify prospective customers, learn about their operations and needs, and work with them to develop solutions utilizing MWI products and services. You will receive training and support to build your product knowledge and sales skills while developing long-term relationships with customers. 

Key Responsibilities

•  Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Learn MWI products, services, and their applications.
• Listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, leads, and quotations.
• Communicate regularly with customers through phone, email, Microsoft Teams, and in-person interactions.
• Work closely with team members to develop product knowledge and sales expertise.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Consistently work toward achieving individual and company sales goals.
• Represent MWI in a professional and customer-focused manner.

Industrial sales experience is helpful but not required.
