Looking for courtroom work that actually matters to the people you represent? An established, growing estate planning and probate firm in the northwest Denver metro is adding a litigation associate. You'll handle cases where family relationships, inheritances and fiduciary duties are on the line, and where a steady, skilled advocate makes all the difference.

What You'll Do

• Handle will and trust contests, fiduciary disputes, and guardianship and conservatorship matters
• Draft pleadings and motions, and manage discovery
• Prepare for and attend hearings and mediations
• Advise clients through difficult, high-stakes situations

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of civil litigation experience, including courtroom work
• An active Colorado law license
• Sound judgment, clear writing and a calm presence with clients
