Probate Litigation Associate

Probate Litigation Associate (3–6 Years) – Sugar Land, TX

Full-time, in office (no remote or hybrid) | $110,000–$165,000 DOE plus performance bonus

A growing, collegial private practice law firm in Sugar Land, TX is hiring an associate for its probate practice. You'll work directly with a partner who carries 100 to 150 active matters. The practice focuses on guardianships, both contested and uncontested, and also covers business litigation, probate litigation, and uncontested probate.

What we're looking for

• 3 to 6 years of experience in probate, contested or uncontested
• Litigators from outside probate are welcome if they already have strong motion practice skills
• Self-starters who take initiative, are willing to take risks, and learn from their mistakes

Compensation and benefits

• Base salary of $110,000 to $165,000, depending on experience
• Tiered performance bonus once you've covered your cost

Billable hour requirement: 1,500 hours
