Responsibilities

• Learn and master the probate process, including IAEA authority, court confirmation, overbids, and timelines, so you can guide executors with confidence.
• Work probate, trust, and estate leads alongside a 21-year probate specialist, from the first consultation to the close.
• Dedicate 15 hours weekly to lead generation and build relationships with probate attorneys, fiduciaries, and executors, the referral sources behind a steady, low-competition pipeline.
• Meet weekly with administrators and executors, advising them with patience and compassion during one of the hardest seasons of their lives.
• Secure signed listing agreements, then price, prepare, and market inherited properties, including coordinating cleanouts, repairs, and vendors.
• Negotiate offers and manage court-confirmed and non-court transactions through closing.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, team training, and script practice, and track all activity in Brivity technology so we coach to real numbers.

Qualifications

You've been in the business long enough to know that chasing cold online leads isn't a career plan. You're hungry to build something more stable, humble enough to learn a new specialty, and sharp enough to handle detail-heavy transactions. You care about people, and you follow through.

• Active California real estate license (required)
• 3+ years of real estate sales experience with a track record of closed transactions
• Probate experience is not required. We will train you.
• Detail-oriented and organized, comfortable with paperwork, deadlines, and court timelines
• Compassionate communicator who earns trust with families, attorneys, and fiduciaries
• Coachable and growth-minded, willing to master scripts and dialogues
• Self-motivated, accountable, and consistent with daily lead generation
• Team player who keeps it real
