Probe Assembly - 2nd Shift

Join our team in Ashland, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, quality, and productivity of our facility. As a member of the production team, you will be responsible for inspecting, packing, and assembling probe components to meet our high standards.

• Maintain responsibility for scrap, efficiency, and product quality.
• Set up and operate the probe assembly station and supporting equipment as per product specifications.
• Ensure proper application of raw tubes to probe caps and align assemblies with quality specifications.
• Accurately count, label, and palletize completed products.
• Communicate with material handlers for the movement of finished products or unused materials.
• Report any suspect or defective products to the Shift Leader for review.
• Complete all documentation accurately.
• Train new team members in the evaluation and packing of tubes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pallet jack/tow motor experience preferred.
• Time management, attention to detail.
• Pallet jack/tow motor certification, RF scanners.
• Basic computer skills, Oracle/WMS knowledge preferred.
