Job Description
Process Analyst IntermediateKey Responsibilities- Conduct business process audits and reviews within Property Claims operations.
- Analyze workflows, routing processes, and claim transfer activities to identify exceptions and operational improvements.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Analyze and report on complex data to support business decision-making.
- Determine, implement, and evaluate business metrics to meet organizational and customer needs.
- Maintain and manage SharePoint content, governance, and site administration.
- Provide database administration support as a Claims Center database gatekeeper.
- Gather information from multiple sources and clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
Required Qualifications- Business Process Analyst experience.
- Experience performing process audits and process reviews.
- Root cause analysis experience.
- Database administration experience.
- Strong learning agility and ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work through ambiguity in an ad hoc environment with minimal structure.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Property Claims or Financial Services experience.
- Tableau experience or ability to quickly learn Tableau.
- SharePoint content editing and governance experience.
- Claims transfer audit experience.
- Growth mindset and strong utilization of available resources.
