This is a hybrid position with onsite attendance required based on business needs. The Process Analyst - Release Management is responsible for supporting the development, execution, and continuous improvement of Release Management processes that enable the successful delivery of technology and business changes across the organization. This role works closely with Technology, Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, Quality Assurance, Information Security, Change Management, and business stakeholders to coordinate release activities, improve operational efficiency, and ensure technology releases are delivered in a controlled, repeatable, and compliant manner.
The Process Analyst serves as a subject matter expert on Release Management processes by analyzing current workflows, identifying process improvement opportunities, documenting standards, monitoring process performance, and supporting governance activities. This position plays an important role in reducing release risk, improving deployment quality, and driving operational excellence through standardized processes and data-driven decision making.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem solver with strong analytical skills, experience working in technology organizations, and a passion for continuous process improvement.
Base Pay Information
The national base pay range at the end is a good-faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity.
