What You'll Do

- Own and grow sales within a defined Midwest territory
rn
- Sell complex analytical and process instrumentation to customers in industries such as Chemical, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, and Biotechnology
rn
- Develop and execute a focused territory and business development plan
rn
- Manage key accounts and build relationships at multiple decision-making levels
rn
- Partner with internal technical and corporate teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
rn
- Track opportunities and activities using the company CRM
rn
- Consistently meet or exceed sales objectives
rn
rn
rn
What You Bring
rn
rn
- Proven success selling complex capital equipment or technical solutions
rn
- Experience managing a large, high-potential sales territory
rn
- Strong consultative selling and account management skills
rn
- Ability to communicate technical and economic value
rn
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field preferred
rn
- 6-10 years of relevant sales experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory (up to 60-70%)
rn
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
rn
- Ability to work independently in a remote, field-based role
rn
- Must be authorized to work in the United States

- Must pass pre-employment background check, education and employment verification, and a 10-panel drug screening (including marijuana)
