Position Overview

PTR Global is seeking a Process Coordinator to support fleet and mobility operations for a financial services client. This role will help manage operational processes across the vehicle lifecycle, including vehicle ordering, delivery, telematics, registration, claims, maintenance, and remarketing.

The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating business processes or projects, developing process documentation, analyzing operational data, and working with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day fleet and mobility business processes.
• Coordinate vehicle ordering, delivery tracking, and related operational activities.
• Assist with telematics installation coordination and inventory management.
• Provide support for vehicle claims and accident-management processes.
• Track license and title activities, vehicle registrations, and renewal status.
• Assist with vehicle remarketing and other lifecycle-related activities.
• Respond to stakeholder inquiries and provide timely operational support.
• Gather, organize, and analyze data for reporting and business reviews.
• Create, maintain, and update standard operating procedures and process documentation.
• Facilitate meetings, document action items, and follow up on deliverables.
• Identify process gaps and support continuous process improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve operational issues.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in process management, project coordination, operations management, or a related field.
• Experience creating and maintaining standard operating procedures or similar process documentation.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience facilitating meetings and coordinating stakeholder discussions.
• Strong organizational, analytical, documentation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Preferred Background

• Experience supporting fleet, vehicle, transportation, asset-management, or operational processes is helpful but not required.
• Experience working with customer service or call center operations is a plus.

Pay Range: $25/hr - $30/hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
