Job Description:
Intellectt Inc. is Seeking a Lead the development of medical and drug delivery devices, such as auto-injectors, pen injectors, needle protection systems, and infusion pumps, from concept through commercialization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead New Product Development (NPD/NPI) projects.
• Drive medical device design, development, and commercialization.
• Manage design controls, verification, and validation.
• Develop engineering specifications, test protocols, and validation plans.
• Perform risk management and process improvement.
• Coordinate with R&D, Quality, Operations, and Marketing teams.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams.
