We are hiring a hands on Process Engineer to support new product launches and drive manufacturing process improvement in a regulated, high precision production environment. This role focuses on optimizing existing operations, developing new processes, and helping transition manual work into scalable, automated solutions.
You will work across engineering, operations, and quality teams to improve how products are built, tested, validated, and released while supporting global process transfer between sites.
What you’ll do
Support new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing process transfer between global sites
Improve production and service processes through root cause analysis and continuous improvement
Own assigned product/process lines from setup through scale and sustainment
Lead or support validation activities within a QMS driven environment
Develop work instructions, layouts, and standardized processes
Evaluate and implement automation opportunities in manufacturing and warehouse operations
Conduct testing, data analysis, and performance reporting
Partner with QA on inspection standards and process controls
Lead or support Kaizen and operational improvement initiatives
Manage engineering projects from concept through validation and rollout
What you need
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering
3-5 years process engineering experience in manufacturing
Experience in regulated or quality controlled production environments
Exposure to automation, robotics, or process development
Strong problem solving and data analysis skills
Ability to work cross functionally across engineering, QA, and operations
Helpful experience
Medical or electronic device manufacturing
ERP systems (SAP or similar)
CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
Continuous improvement / Kaizen environments
