Lead impactful projects that improve efficiency, quality, and output
Lead process improvement and cost reduction initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Manage engineering projects, including equipment implementation, process enhancements, and production optimization efforts.
Provide technical support to manufacturing teams to maximize uptime, productivity, and product quality.
Develop and maintain process documentation, operating procedures, and manufacturing standards.
Investigate quality issues through root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.
Partner with suppliers to improve material quality, reduce costs, and support equipment selection decisions.
Create and deliver training programs related to new processes, procedures, and operational improvements.
Support product development efforts by coordinating prototype builds, process validation, and manufacturing readiness activities.
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and operational requirements.
Analyze production data and implement continuous improvement initiatives that drive measurable results.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline; equivalent experience will also be considered.
1-2 years of process improvement experience
Experience working within a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with process improvement methodologies, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related tools is highly desirable.
Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar platforms is a plus.
Knowledge of quality systems, process validation, SPC, PFMEA, and root cause analysis methodologies is preferred.
Experience with testing equipment, data analysis, and technical documentation is advantageous.
