Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to achieve safety, quality, and productivity objectives.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, equipment reliability, and operational performance.
• Lead data-driven investigations to reduce variability and eliminate recurring manufacturing issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.
• Serve as a technical expert for process and equipment-related troubleshooting.
• Work with internal engineering and technical specialists to implement best practices and innovative solutions.

Project Leadership

• Manage equipment and process improvement projects from initial concept through startup and completion.
• Develop project scopes, business cases, budgets, schedules, and performance targets.
• Coordinate engineering design, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and startup activities.
• Lead cross-functional project teams while minimizing disruption to plant operations.
• Support outage planning and resource coordination for successful project execution.
• Monitor project spending, forecasts, and overall project performance.

Capital Planning & Business Support

• Contribute to long-term capital planning by identifying improvement opportunities and developing project justifications.
• Prepare cost estimates, project documentation, vendor evaluations, and investment proposals.
• Partner with purchasing teams and contractors to secure required equipment and services.
• Ensure all contractor activities comply with safety and operational standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Engineering experience in manufacturing, industrial, production, or process environments.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities.
• Experience leading process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Comfortable working hands-on with production and maintenance teams.
• Knowledge of quality systems, ISO standards, and continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• AutoCAD or similar CAD software experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support plant operations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
