Process Engineering Manager – Medical Injection Molding

Some engineering jobs are about keeping production running. This one is about building the people, processes, and technical standards that make production consistently successful.

We're recruiting a Process Engineering Manager for an established medical device manufacturer producing precision injection-molded components used in critical healthcare applications.

Here's where you'll make your mark:

• Lead the team. Coach and develop process engineers while setting technical direction and accountability.

• Own the science. Drive scientific molding, process optimization, troubleshooting, and robust process development.

• Make quality repeatable. Lead IQ/OQ/PQ validations and support ISO 13485 compliance.

• Shape new products. Partner with tooling, quality, manufacturing, and product development from launch through production.

• Solve the hard problems. Improve process capability, reduce variation, and eliminate recurring manufacturing issues.

What you'll bring:

• 7+ years of plastics processing experience, particularly injection molding.

• Strong understanding of polymers, tooling, molding equipment, and scientific molding.

• Experience with medical device manufacturing and process validation.

• The technical credibility and leadership skills to develop an engineering team.

• Engineering degree or equivalent relevant experience.
