Job Description:- We are seeking a skilled RPA Engineer to join our dynamic team as a Process Lead.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency, particularly in banking portal automation.
- The RPA Engineer will also be responsible for web scraping, utilizing Python for scripting, and implementing OCR/IDP technologies to streamline processes.
Responsibilities:- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and develop RPA solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy RPA workflows using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Implement web scraping techniques to extract data from various sources.
- Utilize Python for scripting and automation tasks to enhance process efficiency.
- Integrate OCR/IDP technologies to automate data extraction from documents.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs for seamless integration with existing systems.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of automation solutions to ensure reliability and performance.
- Implement error handling mechanisms to manage exceptions and ensure smooth operation of automated processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on automation initiatives.
- Document automation processes and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
Mandatory Skills:- Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Strong knowledge of web scraping techniques and tools.
- Experience with Python programming for automation tasks.
- Familiarity with OCR/IDP technologies for document processing.
- Understanding of REST APIs and their integration in automation workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:- Experience in banking or financial services automation.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices.

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
