Process Technician

Choose from these flexible shifts:

• A Shift Sun-Tues and every other Wed 6AM-6PM
• B Shift Sun-Tues and every other Wed 6PM-6AM
• C Shift Thurs-Sat and every other Wed 6AM-6PM
• D Shift Thurs-Sat and every other Wed 6PM-6AM

These are 12-hour schedules, offering 3 days one week and 4 days the next, including 8 hours of overtime paid at 1.5x.

Your day-to-day involves:

- Operating and fine-tuning injection molding processes to ensure excellent product quality
- Performing quality checks, maintaining strict GMP documentation
- Diagnosing and mending molding machines and related equipment
- Conducting regular audits to align with 5S practices
- Partnering with Quality Assurance for compliance reporting and validation
- Examining production data for enhancement opportunities
- Overseeing material flow and inventory management
- Guiding shift operations and coaching junior team members

What You Bring:
- Minimum 2 years of direct injection molding experience
- Understanding of GMP, ISO, or related quality systems
- Robust mechanical skills and problem-solving capability
- Skillful in interpreting and filling technical documentation
- Proficiency in basic mathematics and production data analysis
- Capacity to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility for night, weekend, and overtime shifts
