Abouttherole:

As a Process Transformation Professional, you will play an important role in driving process excellence, standardization, and continuous improvement across Maersk Ground Freight operations. WorkingcloselywithOperations,Product,Technology,Finance,Governance,andregionalstakeholders,youwillhelpassessexistingprocesses,designoperationalimprovements,supporttransformationinitiatives,andcontributetothedevelopmentofscalableglobalstandards.

This role offers the opportunity to influence operational performance, support digital and automation initiatives, and help deliver consistent customeroutcomesacrossagloballogisticsnetwork.Youwillworkacrossfunctionstoidentifyimprovementopportunities,supportchangeinitiatives,andhelpshapethefutureofGroundFreightoperationsthroughdata-drivendecisionmakingandprocessexcellence.

KeyResponsibilities

• Analyzeanddocumentcurrent-stateprocesses,workflows,andoperationalprocedurestoidentifyimprovementopportunities.
• Supportthedesignandimplementationoffuture-stateprocessesthatimproveefficiency,quality,andcustomeroutcomes.
• Partnerwithbusiness,platform,andoperationalstakeholderstodrivestandardizationandprocessoptimizationinitiatives.
• Developandmaintainprocessmaps,SOPs,businesspolicies,trainingmaterials,andknowledgeassets.
• Monitorprocessperformancemetrics,identifyrootcauses,andsupportcorrectiveactionsandcontinuousimprovementefforts.
• Supportgovernanceactivities,riskassessments,audits,andcontrolframeworkimplementation.
• Identifyopportunitiesforautomationanddigitalsolutionsthatreducemanualeffortandimproveoperationalconsistency.

• Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskillswiththeabilitytousedatatosupportdecisionmaking.
• Experiencemanagingorsupportingcross-functionalprojectsandchangeinitiatives.
• Strongstakeholdermanagementandcommunicationskillswiththeabilitytoworkacrossfunctionsandregions.
• Experienceinlogistics,transportation,supplychain,warehousing,trucking,e-commerce,oroperationalenvironmentsispreferred.
• LeanSixSigmacertificationorfamiliaritywithcontinuousimprovementmethodologiesisadvantageous.

Location: Charlotte, NC

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000*

*Thestatedpayrangeistheanticipatedstartingsalaryandmaybeadjustedbasedonmarketconditions,experience,andlocation.Finalcompensationwillbediscusseddirectlywiththeselectedcandidate(s)incompliancewithallapplicablelaws.
