A growing agricultural manufacturing company is seeking a hands-on Processing Supervisor to oversee daily processing operations and lead a team of 5–6 employees. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the production floor, improving processes, and leading a small team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of 5–6 processing employees
• Oversee daily production and processing operations
• Ensure processing equipment is operating efficiently and coordinate preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and work closely with maintenance as needed
• Monitor production goals, quality, safety, and operational performance
• Drive continuous improvement while minimizing downtime

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in food, agricultural, egg, or industrial manufacturing
• Strong mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting experience
• Experience with preventive maintenance and production operations
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop employees

Salary:$70,000–$80,000 + competitive benefits package.
