Job Description

Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors

Issue purchase orders and manage the procurement process end-to-end

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with planning/operations teams

Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve supply issues

Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation

Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities

Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

Collaborate with finance for budget control and invoice verification

Support audits and reporting (e.g., KPI tracking, supplier performance)

Job Requirements

ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, M3, OneERP)

Data analysis and reporting (Excel, Power BI)
