Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage purchase requisitions (PRs) in SAP.
• Coordinate with business teams and the procurement department to collect the information needed for purchase requests.
• Contact suppliers to obtain missing details and resolve invoice-related issues.
• Review invoices in the VIM system daily and follow up to resolve payment blocks or delays.
• Provide regular updates on pending requests and escalate urgent issues to the appropriate teams.
• Handle incoming mail and packages, sort them, and coordinate their delivery to the right departments or employees.
• Record incoming supplies and maintain inventory records.
• Prepare outgoing mail and packages, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and shipping.
• Welcome visitors when needed and communicate with employees to support daily office operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Basic working knowledge of SAP.
• Experience or understanding of Accounts Payable (AP), procurement, invoice processing, or Invoice-to-Pay processes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers and different internal teams is preferred.
