Fully Remote

Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm

Contract Position

Key Responsibilities

Process supplier and/or GBS inquiries and escalations

• Prioritize urgency of inquiries and process responses accordingly
• Resolve yourself where possible and respond to supplier
• Use FAQs where applicable
• Understand escalation points and route to responsible party(s) for resolution
• Build and maintain responsible party directory

Tracking and Reporting

• Monitor flow of inquiries into central mailbox
• Monitor response resolution through completion
• Disciplined follow-up with responsible party(s) to close out inquiries in a timely manner
• Daily / weekly reporting of total inquiries, total resolved, total in process

Required Qualifications

• Language: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Additional languages: Proficiency in German, French, and/or Spanish would be considered an advantage.
• Strong problem solving and people skills: suppliers and end-users
• Customer oriented work experiences
• Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
