Procurement/Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Pay Range: $55/hr - $60/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Legal, HR, and leadership teams to identify opportunities and influence procurement decisions.
• Lead complex RFx processes (RFI/RFP/RFQ), supplier selection, and contract negotiations.
• Analyze spend, market trends, supplier performance, and risk data to optimize sourcing decisions.
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships and performance programs.
• Ensure procurement compliance, process improvements, and adoption of sourcing best practices.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and procurement SME across the organization.
• Drive enterprise-wide sourcing initiatives, change management, and stakeholder training.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, supply chain, procurement, finance, management or related field
• 5+ Years of experience in Sourcing & Procurement for Marketing, Creative Marketing or Agency Operations for a brand/client side or related discipline, HR/Benefits, Finance/Banking, Legal, Professional Services or Technology
• Demonstrated success in sourcing, negotiating, and delivering complex contracts, with negotiation skills in both financial and business matters
• Experience using data analysis leveraging industry trends, relevant data, and internal spend data to create strategies and identify optimization opportunities
• Proven track record of implementing category, strategic sourcing and process improvement initiatives
• Experience working in HR or Benefits, creative marketing or agency and/or supporting the category and strategic sourcing strategy and execution Corporate Services business functions
• Experience developing and executing strategic sourcing category plans
• Experience working in a high-growth environment
• Understanding of various international markets and the experience managing and navigating the complexities of global sourcing strategies
• Familiarity with relevant software or technology used in sourcing and procurement with Oracle Fusion knowledge a plus
• Certifications or advanced degrees in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field
