The ideal candidate will have strong experience in product development, design, data analytics, and card services and a proven ability to lead the end-to-end product life cycle, deliver scalable solutions, and launch products that drive measurable customer value.Responsibilities:Develop a clear product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers and the businessLead discovery and market research to uncover customer problems and inform the roadmapOwn, prioritize, and refine the product backlog aligned to the strategic roadmap and value propositionDefine and track success metrics such as cost, features, risk posture, reliability, and customer outcomesGuide products from discovery to delivery, ensuring scalable, resilient, and stable solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams across Operations, Technology, Design, Risk, and AnalyticsIncorporate customer feedback to improve end-to-end journeys, from digital intake to back-end operationsSupport modernization of tech stacks and integrations, including mobile wallets such as Apple PayRemove delivery blockers, manage epics, and enable execution across assigned teamsPartner across multiple teams when needed as a cross-project analyst to drive aligned outcomesRequired Skills & Qualifications:5+ years of product management or relevant domain experienceAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design practices, and data analyticsProven ability to lead discovery, ideation, strategy, requirements, and value managementExperience managing product backlogs, epics, and iterative delivery with cross-functional teamsAbility to balance process and execution with practical, real-world examples and outcomesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindsetPreferred Skills:Prior experience in financial services, fintech, or banking, especially credit card servicesBackground working in highly matrixed, complex organizationsKnowledge of claims, disputes, and fraud operations and end-to-end customer journeysExperience modernizing tech stacks and integrating digital wallets or payment platformsAgile product delivery and stakeholder management across multiple teamsWhy BCforward?At BCforward, we believe in advancing lives and careers.
