Your mission
- Drive consistency by reading and following operation manuals during assembly.
- Use hand tools—pliers, screwdrivers, box cutters—and power tools to bring parts together.
- Finish strong: package parts into cartons and tape boxes using auto tape dispensers.
- Protect people and product by following all company safety measures.
- Strengthen the team by resolving conflicts constructively and offering support.
- Partner with manufacturing leaders, apply feedback, and elevate quality and throughput.
- Step up with additional responsibilities to help the team meet project goals.
How you’ll succeed
- Comfort with repetitive motions handling lightweight parts (up to 10 pounds each).
- Strong time management; you meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Respectful collaborator who communicates clearly.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions from an operation manual.
- Proficiency in machine building/assembling and blueprint reading.
