Steelcase is partnering with Experis to bring in contractors who will support our Product Data Analyst team. This position is structured as a contract role with an hourly rate of $32. While the assignment is contract-based, there may be opportunities in the future to apply for full\u2011time positions within Steelcase, depending on business needs and performance.

You'll Support Meaningful Work By:

  • Engaging with Project Consultants to analyze, organize, and load product information with precision and accuracy in SAP and MDM environments.
  • Identifying, designing, validating, and documenting new technologies, techniques, and processes to improve Product Data effectiveness and productivity.
  • Collaborating with IT colleagues to report and share best practices on SAP technologies and Product Data implementations using Agile/Kanban workflows.
  • Supporting product launches and ongoing maintenance activities by ensuring product data is accurate, complete, and aligned with business requirements.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to understand processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintaining high-quality product information that supports ordering, pricing, manufacturing, and distribution activities across Steelcase.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical or operational field such as Supply Chain, Supply Management, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, or other related fields
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office tools, with strong skills in Excel
  • Basic understanding or exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar)

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working with SAP ERP software, ideally within Material Master, Variant Configuration, or SAP PLM environments
  • Experience using Windchill PLM software
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to present and communicate concepts clearly and logically
  • Demonstrated curiosity and commitment to continuous learning
  • Ability to understand, optimize, and improve business processes; strong troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with IT colleagues, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams across global locations
