Overview:

We are currently hiring for a Product Delivery Manager III - this position will operate as a Project Manager, undergrounding utilities to improve reliability, and mitigate wildfire risk.

 

Navigating construction projects is key to success in the role.

 

Relevant experience in Construction, Electric Utilities, Infrastructure, or Targeted Undergrounding is a plus.

 

This position will work to overcome constraints (easements, customers, environmental, permitting, design constraints, etc.) to move projects forward in construction.

Responsibilities:

• As a Project Manager you will oversee complex infrastructure projects from planning through execution, partnering with internal teams, contractors, agencies, and communities to safely deliver projects that improve reliability and reduce wildfire risk.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in applicable profession, business, or technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 7-10+ years of applicable experience.
• Ability to integrate work across related areas, develop the business and services to improve customer satisfaction and productivity, manage risks and safety appropriately, develop and execute business plans, direct information, and provide extraordinary service to internal and external customers.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and gain alignment on project objectives and solutions.
• Experience developing and delivering presentations to audiences that range from customers to internal company audiences.
• Experience developing and delivering technical presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience directing and implementing small to medium projects including identifying, maintaining, and/or adjusting the cost, scope, and resources, managing vendors, and leading the formal planning, tracking, and reporting of project performance.
• Experience managing pre-construction project constraints such as permitting, environmental requirements, regulatory requirements, and cross-function project execution to successfully drive project to execution.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Microsoft SharePoint, and WorkIT.
• Experience with service planning, overhead/underground construction standards, and collaborating with clients, peers, project personnel, and all levels of management to develop solutions and ensure partner buy-in.

Preferred

• Understand permitting, environmental and other constraint management related to infrastructure projects.

Wage Data Per State Requirements:

Salary range for this position is $128,000 - $147,017.  The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.
