Job Title: Product Designer 4

Location: Beaverton, OR

Salary Range: $57-60

Introduction

The nature of the work is focused on research and development of products from conception to retail to meet the needs of accounts and consumers. This role involves generating new ways of thinking about performance-based products, developing ideas consistent with the vision for new products, and collaborating on the genesis of new product concepts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to handle projects independently that are technical and performance-driven
• Strong concept building skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Flexibility and maturity to pivot and prioritize responsibilities as needed
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and a fast-paced environment
• Prior work experience in the relevant industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• 3D rendering experience
• Use of AI tools (e.g., Vizcom) for conceptual generation
• Experience working in a large, matrix organization

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support design around cleated footwear (cricket, football, baseball) on the Field Sports footwear design team
• Lead innovation projects turning concept ideation into reality by working in, or with, multi-disciplinary teams
• Draft reports and present results and market concepts at the functional department level
