NFT brand loyalty platform currently hiring a Product Design Lead / Senior Design Manager to join their team, Los Angeles based, who will play an integral part in defining and building out the Product Design function and team.

The successful Product Design Lead / Senior Designer will be:

• Owning the entire product design org and be responsible for both the look and feel of a product that will be touched by many large brands and millions of users.
• Interface directly with customers to understand how they feel about the product and guide the product accordingly.
• Mocking up new feature ideas to mapping use experience flows
