Product Design Lead

About the Role

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking an experienced Product Design Lead for a full-time, remote opportunity in New York, NY. This role is ideal for a senior product designer with strong B2B SaaS, systems thinking, product strategy, and hands-on design experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design from concept through launch.
• Define product vision and design strategy with Product and Engineering teams.
• Design complex B2B SaaS workflows and scalable user experiences.
• Simplify complex business problems into intuitive product solutions.
• Develop scalable design systems and reusable product patterns.
• Partner with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Conduct user research and translate insights into product decisions.
• Lead design reviews and maintain a high standard for visual and interaction design.
• Mentor designers and communicate design decisions to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional product design experience.
• Experience with high-design-bar technology companies and growth-stage startups.
• Strong portfolio of scaled B2B SaaS or complex web-based products.
• Hands-on individual contributor experience within the last 2+ years.
• Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent visual design, interaction design, and storytelling abilities.
• Strong technical fluency and cross-functional communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in FinTech, SaaS, enterprise software, or complex business products.
• Experience with AI products, platform systems, permissions, integrations, or data visualization.
• Experience with design systems and mentoring other designers.
• Degree from a leading design program such as RISD, SCAD, or a comparable institution.

Compensation & Benefits

• $170,000–$290,000 per year
• Additional compensation may include equity and company benefits.
