Product Development Coordinator

Pay Range: $26.52 /hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Collaborate with your manager on product and fragrance development, contributing fresh ideas.
• Take ownership of low complexity programs, managing timelines and vendor execution.
• Communicate effectively with fragrance houses and contract manufacturers.
• Distribute samples for team and brand evaluations.
• Organize and maintain product closets and libraries.
• Follow up with vendors and manage systems workflow.
• Assist in setting up evaluation meetings and presentations.
• Support consumer testing through sampling.
• Participate in on-site development with teams and vendors.
• Track submissions and engage in evaluation processes.
• Research market trends for innovative fragrance forms.
• Maintain competitive information databases and reporting.
• Build cross-functional relationships with peers and external vendors.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 0-2 years of experience in product and fragrance development or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with SAP is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a personable demeanor.
• A passion for the beauty industry and a self-starter attitude.
• Previous experience in a beauty-related role.
• Exposure to fragrance development processes.
