  • Build test coverage for workflows that share GIS content to ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise
  • Analyze customer scenarios and product requirements to identify expected behavior, edge cases, and areas where automated validation is needed
  • Investigate test failures and product issues, communicate findings clearly, and help drive defects to resolution
  • Work with developers and product teams to refine sharing workflows and ensure new capabilities are testable, reliable, and ready for release
  • Support documentation, messaging, and user-facing workflows by validating behavior and helping clarify how users share GIS content successfully

Requirements

  • 1+ years of related C# programming experience for automated test development
  • Experience testing or troubleshooting software features in a collaborative development environment
  • Ability to evaluate workflows from a user perspective and translate requirements into clear test plans and product feedback
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to investigate complex software behavior
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across engineering, design, documentation, and product teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, GIS, geography, or a related field

Recommended Qualifications
