Product Engineer
Job Description:
- Responsible for the release of new and innovative IC based products into high volume production
- Lead and participate in technical design reviews to help improve the manufacturability and testability of products under development
- Improve the yields and profitability of existing products
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interface with design groups on new product Introduction and design for manufacturability
- Continuously improve manufacturing test processes
- Liaise with foundry and packaging houses to ensure engineering and production targets are achieved.
- Monitor and investigate any yield issues arising from any stage in the manufacturing and testing process
- Manage and design new class of package
- Support reliability team in new product qualification and failure analysis
