Product Execution Manager

We are looking for a Product Execution Manager to join a dynamic, all-female team and take ownership of product delivery processes from start to finish. This role is responsible for managing timelines, coordinating with vendors and clients, and ensuring projects are executed with precision and efficiency.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Prior experience in construction materials, manufacturing, or logistics is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage product execution timelines to ensure on-time delivery
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and client teams to streamline processes
• Monitor inventory, vendor performance, and client requirements
• Resolve operational bottlenecks and ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting on product progress
• Support management with process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Experience in project coordination, operations, or logistics
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with construction materials or related industries a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, female office environment

Location: Northern NJ

Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000–$135,000/year
