Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Product Inventory Specialist to support inventory management and logistics operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and a proactive approach to maintaining efficient inventory processes
What will you do:
Maintain and optimize inventory operations throughout the full lifecycle, from receipt to final disposition of materials
Generate and analyze inventory reports to support cross- functional teams
Identify and implement improvements to inventory tracking and control processes
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation to support stock accuracy
Process incoming inventory transactions and collaborate with accounting to resolve discrepancies between receipts and invoices
Update and maintain the inventory database, including data entry for received and consumed materials
Support inventory-related activities such as material kitting, packing, and labeling
Inspect incoming shipments for damage or inconsistencies and coordinate with, quality, materials, and accounting for properresolution and documentation.
Work with quality team to determine disposition MRB material.
What you have:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control or a related field
Working knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices in a warehouse or stockroom environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in data entry and data management, including advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP)
Exceptional attention to detail, with strong time management and organizational abilities
Ability to lift and carry materials up to 25 pounds; experience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
Experience with Google Sheets and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle
